Exchange
If you are unhappy with an item you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be in its original unworn and saleable condition with the tag still attached. Please e-mail us for a RA number (Return Authorization)at info@mmwshop.com with 'RA' in the subject line . The card of purchase will be credited upon receipt of the returned item. The card will be charged for the new piece once it is ready to ship. Store credit is not offered.

Repairs
A piece needing repair from normal usage may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail us for a RA number (Return Authorization) info@mmwshop.com with 'RA' in the subject line. The returned item must be carefully and securely packed in a box on padded envelope, sent prepaid and with insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns. Mark the RA number which you have received via email response clearly on the outside of the package. Return shipping cost is non-refundable. Items returned after the time allotted or not in accordance with any if the above conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.

All online purchases must be exchanged or repaired through our online store only. All purchases made through our retail stores must be exchanged or repaired at that retail store only in accordance with their return policy.
